Just for Women


Kids can't have all the fun. WSA offers a strength circuit soccer program just for women.

Each WOMEN’S 3 IN 1 session will consist of stations to build strength and conditioning while developing soccer techniques and tactics, as well as small side games. Sessions will typically be 60 minutes of training and a 30 minute small-sided game.

In addition, WSA will offer a bonus 5 vs 5 small-sided game once per week. Women who would prefer just the small-sided games can register separately for this.
